Chart Interpretation :-

Nifty spot close at 7501.30 on Tuesday . nifty spot trade today near 7500 . nifty facing heavy selling pressure by china issues , it may be touch the level of 7400-7250.

Mechanical indicator stochastic near to its overselling zone , if its give the breakout and nifty spot slip below
the 7750 so next level of nifty may be 7400-7250.

The selling pressure was so fierce that it dragged the Nifty Bank index to end at its lowest closing since October 2014. Nifty ended at lowest closing since July 2014. After starting off the week on a negative note, the unabated selling pressure prolonged for the second consecutive trading session. Sentiment was hit after Federal Bank quarterly earnings were disappointing, while IndusInd Bank marginally missed estimates. If that was not enough, the Indian rupee weakened and fell below the Rs67 per dollar mark.

INTRADAY STRATIGY:-

Sell Nifty above the range of 7500 for target of 7450-7400 stop loss: 7670.

Corporate News :-

Domestic passenger car sales rose 12.87 per cent to 1,72,671 units in December from 1,52,986 units in the same month a year ago. Motorcycle sales declined 5.93 per cent to 7,24,807 units last month from 7,70,519 units a year ago, according to the data released by the SIAM.

Sintex Industries share has fallen on lower growth guidance. The FY16 revenue growth guidance has been lowered to 15% from 20% earlier.

Cadila Healthcare said that its manufacturing plant at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, successfully obtained the establishment inspection report from the USFDA.
